GDC District Plan

Individual sections of the current District Plan are available as PDFs from below, including planning Maps from the 'Planning Maps' folder.

Alternatively the entire plan can be downloaded from the end of the list (District Plan COMPLETE). Please note that this file is 21MB and you will need Adobe Reader version 8 or later to view this packaged file.

CD copies of the plan are available from the Environmental Services reception at Council's main office, Tainui St, Greymouth.

• On 6 April 2009 the Council adopted Plan Change 5: West Properties Limited and Gilbert Family Trust initiated rezone of land at Marsden / Boddytown, Greymouth.
• On 10 August 2009 the Council adopted Plan Change 7: Council initiated rezone of land at Preston Road, Greymouth.
