Council has 118 retirement housing units in the Greymouth, Runanga, Dobson and Blaketown areas (mostly single bedrooms but some two bedroom units are available).
If you meet the eligibility criteria and would like to be allocated a Council flat, please complete the application form and return it to Council. Your name will be added to the waiting list and you will be notified when a unit is available.
