Snap Send Solve
There are several ways you can report an issue with Council property or services and we encourage you to do so. If your report is urgent please call us on 03 769 8600.
While our staff and contractors will spot many issues while they are out working, we also need the eyes and ears of the community to let us know when things are not right. This is what you can do:
Snap Send Solve is the quick and easy way to report things you see in the community to the Council. There are two ways of using Snap Send Solve either as an app on your smart phone or as a web page in your browser.
Using Snap Send Solve
There are just four simple steps:
- Take a picture of the issue (this is optional)
- Confirm the location of the issue
- Select the type of issue
(Snap, Send, Solve uses the location and type of issue to send the report to the correct authority).
- Fill out the details on the form and press “Submit”.
That’s it. We will get onto the issue and let you know what we have done.
PLEASE NOTE: Snap, Send, Solve reports are monitored by Council Staff during the work week and during work hours only. If the matter is outside of business hours and requires urgent attention please call 03 769 8600 to report the issue.
