|Les Mills BodyPump||The original barbell class that shapes, tones and strengthens your entire body||45 or 60 mins|
|Les Mills BodyStep||Use a height-adjustable step and simple movements to push you into the fat burning zone and shape and tone your whole body||60 mins|
|Cocky's Circuit||An all over body workout to powerful uplifting music. Be prepared to push yourself to the limit and outside of your comfort zone. Cocky will definately put you through your paces in this awesome circuit. ||60 mins|
|Les Mills CXWORX||A short, sharp workout that will strengthen and tone your core and improve functional strength for mobility and injury prevention. 30 - mins of pure core indulgence!||30 mins|
|Les Mills RPM||Your Instructor will lead you through all the basic cycling stances and you can expect simulated hill climbs, sprints, interval training and more to powerful music.||45 mins|
|Les Mills RPM (beginners)||Designed for the new rider or the not so confident rider. In this class our Instructor will lead you through all the basic cycling stances and you can expect simulated hill climbs, sprints, interval training and more but this time over a 30 minute session. |
