National Survey - How libraries contribute to community well-being
Outline of Survey
The role of the public library and librarians has changed considerably from being a book lending service to providing a range of services, programmes, events, and collaborations with a range of stakeholders and partners. More libraries are becoming vital community hubs providing access and support to community members, with innovation being the key to attracting new readers to the library.
Public Libraries of New Zealand (PLNZ) and Taituarā – Local Government Professionals Aotearoa are running a national survey to collect data on how libraries are perceived by the community across New Zealand.
Grey District Library would love for you to take a few minutes to fill in this survey about what you think about your library and its value in the community.
Please note: If you don't use the library, you can still complete the survey and provide your feedback. When you get to Question 6, select ‘No’ and complete the set of questions for non-library users.
The survey is open until Friday, 4 November 2022. Click below to get started!
