With the increase in COVID-19 cases around the country, Grey District Council has put measures in place to ensure the Library can remain open in the event of staff isolation requirements.

|The Book Which Travels||Starts December 20, 2021|
|The three district libraries of the West Coast -Grey, Westland, and Buller- have joined forces to bring you this exciting new project. 'The Book Which Travels' will start blank and your role will be to fill it with your own stories! The theme for this first edition is “Write your story about how you ended up living on the Coast”. It does not matter if you have lived here for your entire life or if you just arrived a few days ago. |
You will have two months before the book moves to its next location. At the project's completion, the stories will be published in an anthology and will be on display at each library and on each library’s online catalogue, so stay tuned!
|Click and Collect||January 26, 2022-present|
