A 10km/hr speed limit applies for part Tainui Street between Mawhera Quay and Mackay Street (town square) as per the Speed Limits Bylaw.
Note that this is a Shared Street, therefore it is open to vehicles, pedestrians and cyclists.
Parking is prohibited in the space, allowing greater visibility for pedestrians and users.
