To allow for work on a water main, there will be an overnight water shutdown tomorrow, Tuesday, 27th January 2026.
The following properties will be affected:
- Tainui Street: 1 to 139– Odd side
- Mackay Street: 100 – 154– Both sides
- The Railway Station.
- Werita Street: 4 – 9
- Mawhera Quay: - 95
Water will be off from 11pm and is expected to be restored by 3am.
